Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit, size exchanges, item exchanges, and refunds under the following conditions:

1. The item is unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.
2. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
3. The item shows no signs of marks, stains, or odors (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or detergent).
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover shipping for exchanges.

For faulty items, our team will review your return request. If accepted, we will cover the return shipping costs.

MONET MADE reserves the right to reject returns that are beyond the specified return period or not in original condition. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
